At Wild Ones Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

• Email us at Wildonesapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
• We’ll provide you with return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s).
• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size or style, let us know when you contact us.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
